Create flexible patterns across multiple search scenarios. Validate metrics with customer research. Design mobile first solutions that scale gracefully to other devices.

I worked with product managers & engineering to redesign the interaction model for single and multi-location search. Challenges include: details views, list/map pivoting and category exploration.

Interaction model

Increased query share on mobile and desktop, positive feedback from customers, and a unified modern experience on Bing.
